Do I need to drill holes into my camper top?

No! We include two 22' self-ratcheting straps. They have a 3500 lbs. break rating and are made in the USA

What size tires fit in the bike racks?

This rack will fit any size bike tire. From the wide mountain bike tires to the narrow street bike tires. The laterals are adjustable.

My camper top is bowed, how does your rack stay level?

Our feet are easily adjustable. They can accommodate a camper with a side to side bow or back to front bow.

What do I use to secure the tires to the swing arms?

Simple, you can use a Velcro strap or a bungee cord.

If I have several small bikes can I purchase more small swing arms?

Some people have all big bikes and some have smaller bikes. If you need extra arms (small or large) they can be ordered on the pricing page. We may be able to provide you with different sized arms if you let us know before you order.

How long are your bike racks?

6 feet long or 72 inches.

How much do the bike racks weigh?

The 4 bike rack weighs approximately 33 lbs.

It it assembled when I get it?

It will not be assembled, but we have awesome assembly instructions. Everything it pre-drilled. Once you put it together (about 1 hour), it stays together forever.

How long does it take to get one?

In the beginning of the camping season (March and April), it will be approximately two weeks to get a rack, with faster delivery as the year goes on. Please e-mail for the approximate time. Rush orders can be accommodated.

Does my car top luggage rack work with your bike rack?

Only some mini van's and SUV's will work at this time. You can send the measurements to us and we'll tell you if it will work.

Can I order the feet for the car top rack kit?

Sure. They are available on our price list page.
